PATCH TESTS
A patch test is required for all types of tinting, LVL Lash Enhance and Image Acne, Lightening and Wrinkle Lift facials 24-48 hours prior to treatment.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS
From the 1st of April we require a 20% non refundable booking fee on all bookings which is redeemable against your treatment. Missed/cancelled or rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice prior to an appointment will incur the loss of this booking fee. If either of these occur more than 3 times within a 6 month period, then appointments will have to be paid for in full when booked and non-refundable if cancelled or missed.
We are always very accommodating with our customers and we appreciate things may occur at the last minute and ask that you give us as much notice as possible.

PUNCTUALITY AND COURTESY
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.
PREGNANCY
Please advise the salon if you are pregnant prior to making an appointment, as some treatments may not be suitable — particularly in the first trimester.
CHILDREN
It is with regret that I am unable to have the children in the salon (this is the specification of my insurance company).
Late teens are permitted to have treatments if they have signed permission from a parent, and an adult has to be present during the treatment — but are only permitted on the premises if having a treatment.
PREPAID COURSE OF TREATMENTS
Have a validity of 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid from the purchase date and will be accepted five days a week, we also do not enforce an expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
PRICE ALTERATION AND OPENING HOURS
We reserve the right to alter prices and opening hours without prior notice.
SMOKING
Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.
DATA SECURITY
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
MOBILE PHONES
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
HYGIENE
Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer. We only use new sterilised disposable needles for each client. We NEVER double dip during waxing treatments.
PAYMENT
Payments must be made at appointment time. We accept most credit and debit cards, American Express, cash or PayPal/Stripe.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
